Psilocybe Cubensis
Psilocybe cubensis grow kit is named after the famous psychonaut and investigator Terrence McKennaii. It is unknown how exactly this strain is formed. The Mckennaii grows wild mycelium knots shaped by hand, with lots of mushrooms of medium size. Caps are brown and can grow tiny or broad. If grown in the right conditions the Mckennaii is a very effective mushroom.
McKennaii Psilocybin Cubensis mushrooms are mushrooms that contain the psychoactive psilocybin compound, a naturally occurring psychedelic agent capable of inducing strong visions and mystical-type encounters, along with other effects. Psilocybin is more commonly called “magic mushrooms” or “shrooms.” More than 180 species of mushrooms contain psilocybin or its derivative psilocin, and the fungi have a long history of spiritual and religious use in Mesoamerican rituals. They ‘re also one of the most common and commonly used psychedelics in the United States and Europe.
However, psilocybin mushrooms are more than a pure substance and sacrament. In therapeutic systems, they have been used to treat a variety of ailments and disorders including cluster headaches, obsessive-compulsive disorders, anxiety , depression, post-traumatic stress disorder and addiction, and a recent resurgence in psilocybin therapeutic effects research shows promising results.
While psilocybin mushrooms have been decriminalized in three North American cities (see “Legality” for details), they are still illegal at federal level and are listed as a Schedule I controlled drug in the United States.
The strain had its first appearance in smartshops in the Netherlands. This was available as a fresh mushroom shortly after Terrence McKenna ‘s death. We believe that this strain had been called upon to honor Terrence McKenna. This might be a smartshop marketing trick but naming a strain after Terrence Mckenna is still very honorable.
